Privacy
The Roundtable runs on trust. Here is exactly how we handle what is said in the room.
Sessions are recorded and transcribed
Each Roundtable is recorded via Zoom and transcribed by an AI note-taking bot (Fireflies). Recordings exist for one purpose only: producing the monthly summary that members receive.
Everything published is anonymised
Before any summary is sent, names of people and organisations are replaced with role descriptors (e.g. "a SaaS founder", "a mid-sized logistics company"). The only real name that ever appears in published material is the host, Peter Strohkorb. Quasi-identifying details (niche industry plus deal size, named podcasts, city plus role) are generalised.
Raw transcripts are deleted
Once Peter approves the anonymised summary, the raw transcript is deleted from our systems. The approved summary is the only thing we retain.
